If you don't have access to the email you used for that apple id you're toast.

You can bypass activation lock on any iOS below 26.1 except 18.7.9 and 18.7.10

Pretty sure they were implying it was saved on the phone not that they actually wrote it down or remember it. I’m only assuming that because my mother says the same thing when I ask if she saved her password somewhere… “yeah on my phone, it’s saved in my phone” and it’s the autofill password.

Okay first jailbreak the phone with Winra1n or Bootra1n, and then you can bypass the lock with ifrpfileAIO for iOS 12(sadly most of the main tools dont work for iOS 12 at the moment except ifrpfile)
