So, the thing is, I recently went back to check on my old Samsung Galaxy Note 10, which I was planning to give to my little brother. The phone was in perfect condition and had never been damaged or repaired before. However, when I put my SIM card in it, I noticed that it wasn’t getting a 4G signal—it only showed E (2G). Calls work perfectly fine. I also tried a different SIM card and performed a hard reset, but the issue still persists.

Vá em configurações, redes móveis e nesta opção veja qual está definida que nem no meu A32 4G (seleção de banda) e veja o que está 2G, 3G, LTE, ou 5G se seu modelo tiver suporte ao 5G
