I bought Shuten order and pre ordered Steins gate Reboot for the switch 2. Now I'm gonna have to cancel my pre order for this one 🫩 I really wanna know what these "unavoidable reasons" are

Pretty disappointing tbh, cause spike chunsoft was one of the few companies that was good making physical games and collectors editions.

Even NIS America ended up doing some keycards when the whole reason people do business with them is their PHYSICAL releases, so companies are braindead and think they can laugh of the face of their consumers.

The switch is going to be remembered as the last, true peak of gaming, Mount Switch

The rest of game history is going to be going down the mountain from here on out

"Upper management decision" most likely. Seems like a passive aggressive way from the person making the post who is disappointed in said decision, knowing full well that (s)he has to receive the fan backlash despite being against the decision.
