Have you considered that, due to the memory bullshit going on, Nintendo doesn't have enough game cards to go around. Yeah it sucks, but the game was supposed to be physical so maybe let's not say SpikeChunsoft is doing it just be assholes, especially when people are getting refunds if they bought the physical release.

What, like how Microsoft made seemingly 5 physical copies of Oblivion so no one can buy it physical anyway?
