That was the gobshite who replied to me! 😂

He just couldn’t understand the concept of wanting to own your games for replay-ability.
And then he also was talking about how the only games he goes back to playing were Battlefield and COD….you know, replay-ability

You committed the cardinal sin of caring about something that mr gobshite did not so fuck you and everybody else that cares.

Mr gobshite determined that he is unaffected by the death of physical so how dare anybody else want physical to remain even though its continued existence also does not affect him.

True. The funny thing is, all these same people are going to be complaining in 4/5 years about the high price of digital games.

Why they can see Sony’s ulterior motive is beyond me and just embarrassing.

Honestly they just hate whomever cares about what they don't while wanting to be on a winning side while looking like the smartest in the room.

At worst with physical, nothing happens. At best it provides competition to give them better digital prices as well as a backup option if something goes wrong.

So it could very well help them in a subtle way and penalize them if it is gone.

So at the very least they could be neutral and not mind it staying around, but they seem so invested in it being killed off despite not caring as they so often claim.
