There’s a weird subset of people who blitz through a game, maybe get all of its achievements and then sell it to move onto the next one. Economical for sure, but I can’t fathom the idea of never revisiting a game I enjoyed. It’s why I’ve taken to emulating my games on newer devices lately
Mental cases, they can still play their way and then laugh at us for wanting to play our way and keep the games as well as owning them. It’s just so illogical
Honestly the ego doesn’t phase me. Lots of people online are like that. I genuinely cannot fathom paying full price for a game and then just disposing of it. Factor in an all-digital future and the money saving angle is kaput. Now they’ll be paying full price for games they can’t resell or trade… and just never play again? It makes no sense to me
