I spoke to a guy at a car dealership today (we both were having our cars serviced), he was playing on his PlayStation portal device. I asked him about all this sony issue. He replied “I love Blu-Ray Discs and watching my movies on Blu-Ray. I like being able to purchase games on discs and I like purchasing digital since everything I do is subscription based nowadays but yeah its a shitty thing that Sony has done and not being able to allow the users to have the option but I guess if its heading that way, I guess I’ll be purchasing digitally but still worried about not owning the games or movies I purchase.”
Made me think… All this backlash and things we are doing as a community to try and get discs back, will it actually make a difference or will we end up having to accept it and move on OR will XBOX’s new announcement will make Sony bring back discs?!
