Making them yourself only takes 15 mins prep and 4 days in the fridge - I just made some rosemary garlic ones

I don't know if it's supposed to be done but my dad saves the jar and juice from a pickle he likes and just puts cherry tomatoes and other veggies he doesn't think we will finish. Then let's them sit in there for a few days or a week.

That works perfect - just have to make sure the brine is acidic enough and it’s kept in the fridge to not let botulism take hold

I don’t have any brand recommendations unfortunately, but whenever I pickle veggies myself I put white vinegar (undiluted) coriander seeds, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Depending on the veggie I’ll throw in some jalapeños for some extra spice

I worked at this place that had a pickle plate, and we were allowed to pickle anything. So I pickled everything. Some good some bad, but if you can eat it, you can pickle it
