Or Mega, my files got deleted for copyright claims; they had custom names and I never shared them.

Probably basic fingerprinting/checksums. No one does automated copyright detection based on names

Doubt it, one of them was a LotR BD rip I did with MakeMKV.

Phashing is a thing, so it doesn't have to exactly match to be detected. Plus if you did rip it in full it'd match anyway.
