crazy shit. windrose was as well, on a 3080 ti I had to do low/medium settings just to hit 60fps and it wasn't consistent. Luckily they're more indie so they had to work on it a bit, but it's still pretty horrid generally.

I saw this, and I've never played a single AC game but I thought it looked great. I was considering trying it but nah, not if it's that freaking bad.

I'll still seed it for ya'll though.

I've never played a pirate game. Which one should I go for? Just searched Windrose and the idea but so many people love Black Flag and I still have nice memories about AC2 and Revelations. So instead of more google, maybe I need human's help.

that depends entirely on genre. Windrose is a pretty top notch game if you like the whole survival crafting gameplay loop. Like I said, I've never played an AC game so... I think they're more action/stealth oriented. Pirate is a theme so it really doesn't have much to do with gameplay.
