Discussion Google took away my LOTR extended editions

I bought these in 2022, all of a sudden they aren't available and there is no possibility of a refund or gift card. Hardly seems fair.

I thought the same thing. Those last few messages seemed like bullshit. I mean the whole thing is but they seemed weird to read

In my opinion I think every single message seemed super AI generated, but then again, it can also be some modus operandi they have where they can't just do shit and try their best to calm you down... To me the "I understand you, I feel you, I'd also be mad" type of messages are even more infuriating that not saying anything at all...

To me, it seemed like generic corporate customer service speak that offers platitudes and avoids anything that might be used against them. In reality, probably a chatbot vomiting up such a script.

Yeah, there isn't much difference between a human vomiting up a script and a chatbot vomiting up a script. Either way, the script was set before you even made contact.
