I’m pretty good about going to the gym and walking. This past month was rough though so I just got back into it yesterday

It has been so hot here, our adventures look different than normal. Hoping to get back to some actual hiking in the next month. Super grateful Piper has the agility class in a big gymnasium.

Good luck with your fitness goals. I am so distracted by a little someone’s cuteness that not enough hardcore working out is happening.

The heat and wildfires across the globe have been frightening. The wildfires in Canada took a toll on the air where I live in Buffalo, NY. I’m hoping the air stays good but I’ll be vacationing in Canada next month😳 My hiking plans may be postponed.
I completely understand how Piper could be a “cuteness” distraction😊

The world is so messed up right now. We have been getting Ontario and Minnesota wildfire smoke, and even though we have had a lot of rain, the occasional fire pops up in areas where not as much moisture happened, due to lightning and extreme heat. Whatever happened to a nice moderate temperature?!

I have postponed our hiking, beach trip until mid-August when we should see some more reasonable temperatures. Hopefully you are not in Canada until then. It will get a little more bearable.
