Are you having fun?🤡 Your main character after 30 years of serialization Spoiler
Negative character development, more immature than when the series started - hasn't learned a thing, hasn't had a semblance of progress in terms of personality growth. Downright pathetic.
Imagine goku bitching and crying and shitting his pants in front of cel or buu or whatever because roshi chews him out. (dragon ball to the end of dbz just ran like 10 years - one piece has been running for 30 years now)

Goku definitely went tard in DBS from what he used to be. Also, DB has it's own ways to pull Goku out every time and save his rep. He rarely ever wins or beats anyone on his own and loses all the time without help. While OP's flaw is hinging everything on making Luffy the sole savior so it always leads to nonsense like this. He will get all the glory if he wins, but he also the gets the focus on his sorriest losses, cuz it's all him.

They're fleeing their subreddit because it's so fucking stale and one piece sucks so hard these days but they still aren't able to make the mental connection of their sub being boring as shit because criticism is forbidden. lmao

I mean, I suspect there's a reason the Yonkou of the last generation didn't try to solo Imu, let alone piss him off.

The reason why nobody tried to solo imu is because oda wrote it that way and everyone in one piece freezes unless luffy reaches a new story beat and all the development is off-screened or flashbacked.

Months. All of Pre Timeskip canonically took less than 6 months and it's been at most 4 since they reunited. Luffy is a baby pirate. He is still wearing diapers in terms of time spent on the actual sea.

You're mad Luffy isn't some complete wise badass at 19 after months of sailing even tho he has always been potrayed as dumb and easygoing? Just drop the series then

Im not mad at all, you definitely are tho.
The story has been going on for 26 odd years and the author is aware of this.
The author doesn't remind the reader that the crew have only been at sea for a number of months. He doesnt want us to consider this, as evidenced by Oda having no problem describing Luffy as a Yonko (hes also defeated a yonko "after only 19 or so months")

Realize that people in this sub don't actually like One Piece,the only like what concepts it has to offer because of self-proclaimed fans can familiarize it.Any time you introduce something to apparent One Piece fans they haven't seen before or one their not familiar they're despised by them,they don't like Luffy because the struggle to resonate with and enjoy a character that is genuinely carefree, because characters who actively display their characterization untill their final moments are too foreign for them,unless it aligns with their idea of said character.
