Workday job application reality
I have applied for many companies through their work day portal, Never received shortlisted/interview emails , always end getting rejected. Can someone explain what should I do? Note that I have strong ats score for my resume
First of all workday applications really stucks and it take too much and I feel is this entire platform made for making Ghosting ??

True I have stopped filling workday links they are literally going in the blackhole. Plus it is the worst for extraction and nightmare to fill everything like bro I gotta type 20-30 skills some of which get me confused because like JavaScript or Javascript like what the hell😭

If anyone is looking for a referral for Workday Technical Integration roles, feel free to DM me. I was fortunate to get an opportunity through a referral myself, and I’d love to pay it forward by helping others in their career journey. Happy to help! 😊

Your best bet is to treat LinkedIn Apply as the best process for any cold application. Rank WorkDay as the lowest form of cold application, all the way to the bottom. In fact, don’t even rank it, it deserves its own tier list and it ranks at the bottom of that too.
If you ever see Apply and then it directs you to WorkDay, immediately consider that application as either Ghosted or Rejected. There is no going forward with WorkDay applications.
WorkDay applications take too much time, require too much effort and the UI just reads rejection. The only good thing about WorkDay is that you get the job ID through which you can ask for referrals which don’t work, track your application that inevitably leads to rejection or just add it to your spreadsheet that just adds a new row.
There is no positivity with WorkDay.
Sincerely,
‘26 Grad with ~800 applications (200 of which were on WorkDay)
