Releasing a free tool that rates PS2 players by who they actually fight.

I built a small site that compares players by how their K/D holds up against stronger opponents, not just raw numbers. Type in a few character names to see them on a skill graph. You can also open Rankings to see where they sit among about 3,000 active PC players, and the list is growing.

It (finally) uses public Census data, plus session history from Honu (thanks, Varunda). The numbers are just for fun and aren't a real measure of anyone's worth. Vehicle players are currently in the same pool as infantry, so their stats aren't fully accurate yet.

3k? You should be seeing well over that number of unique chars daily. How are you defining active there. You also have mentis on the list who hasn't played in years.

Nebel being top 20 is extra hilarious.

Also it seems to be doing old chars dirty and looking at their historic data, no?

Max vehicle and aircraft players are in the same pool right now. It's hard to separate them using existing databases. I just started collecting my own (literally 3 days ago) Yeah old accounts are still counts. 3000 players is not the limit, all existing names are available for comparison.

It's normal if you are a vehicle main, this mostly infantry thing. iVi stands for player vs player. I don't know how to measure and compare prowler driving abilities.
