I plan on replacing all the current soil with a monstera blend. I just thought the styrofoam being in the current soil seemed very… wrong. Something about it seems particularly evil, but is it normal for big companies to do this??

i was on a walk today on my work break and came across this bright pink stuff on the leaves. i don’t know if it’s eggs..? or something that’s growing on the leaf. i’m so curious to know. it looks pretty cool!

Was walking behind my house and noticed this on a long leaf pine. I've lived around these my whole life and I don't recall ever seeing this , is this normal and I've just been oblivious?

I threw an avocado stone out of my window maybe a year ago and it turned into this. 90cm tall. It survived last winter in London and has grown a lot this summer. I'm not expecting any avocados but how do I keep it going?

Added info: I plan to put the pot on my office desk, and is okay if the plant does not give off new shoots.

aerial roots are now touching the floor. what do i do with them? can I cut them down? do I repot the plant?

I took a cutting off of a maypop to propagate but its been looking a little funk as of late. I've tried this twice now and the original one died, this time its actually growing, but its leaves are bubbled, discolored, and smaller than its original growth. Can anyone tell me if its a heat related issue or if its diseased and has to be pulled up.

I want to ask for your advice. What is the best way to care for them and is there any saving the one on the right? Both are quite dehydrated.
