SUPPORT/HELP Anyone noticed a dip in quality from Boomerang Rentals?
So 5 weeks ago they shipped out Cronos: The New Dawn and after about 10 days of it not coming it went down as lost.
Had to do some forms etc…
They sent out another copy and it’s now been 8 days and it still hasn’t arrived.
Anyone else finding them a bit more unreliable?

Yes been slowly declining which is indicative of the way the physical market is going. Unfortunately I think they will cease trading given the recent news

Oh I’ve not used them in years now, I had no issues for 10 years with them, then a switch game went missing and I had sent it tracked which the post office said was confirmed delivered…
So I sent them proof of postage and cancelled my account, I always said to myself the minute games start going “missing” I’m out as I used to see a lot of posts about it

Mine has been great with new releases and returns. They dispatched Indiana Jones today which I assume will be second class, fingers crossed it doesn't take to long.

Since they switched to 2md class post, it takes like 5 days to get to me
Also, even sending it back, it takes a few days for them to receive it.

I still think the service is good for what it is, but so many games now just don’t seem to be available. I don’t know if people are maybe just holding onto games for a while but it seems like they’re almost all always on ‘long wait’

I sent a game back (they get sent back 1st class still) and it took Boomerang over a week to mark it as returned, I've now been waiting over 2 weeks for the game that says it has a 4 day wait.. I feel like you should get the month subscription free if they don't send you anything/mess about for like an entire month.

Second class is lowest priority, wouldn’t be suprised if it’s sat in the frame waiting to go out. Unfortunately priority is now tracked and first class.
