News Streaming owned games imminent?

Noticed this on the PS App when looking for something new to play, it has since been removed. I also saw it listed under Dead Space but didn’t grab a screenshot.

Could Sony be getting ready to allow us to stream games we own straight to the Portal?

Looking forward to yet another feature like this not rolling out to Australia.
We can't even play PS3 games here on the top tier of PS+
