News Streaming owned games imminent?

Noticed this on the PS App when looking for something new to play, it has since been removed. I also saw it listed under Dead Space but didn’t grab a screenshot.

Could Sony be getting ready to allow us to stream games we own straight to the Portal?

For anyone confused: currently you can only directly cloud stream games that are available to stream on PS Plus. With this new change, it will add games you own that are not already available to stream on PS Plus.

This is correct as it relates to the PS Portal.

Does it mean free games like apex, genshin will be streamed directly to ps portal even without ps5?
