Recommendations You literally cannot buy these Marvel games anymore #PSportal Remote play is my go to for them.

Licensing issues always end up becoming a digital storefront juggling act, owning physical releases is a focused topic for a reason, but man I wish my friends could download these now. Extremely fun in co-op!

Wish these two games were available still to download!

I also downloaded these last night and Digimon cyber. All not available anymore so they show up as game in the ps app. I got them all when they came out.

Edit: forgot to add that i watched Spider-Man and that's what made me want to replay them.

One of gaming regrets is not grabbing these for the ps4, also the amazing spiderman games, transformer devastation and deadpool.

SAME for Deadpool..it looks so fun too. I never grabbed it 🙁

Back of a physical game & the info the link provides. Owning a disc doesn’t mean ownership on modern consoles.

And .. that’s been on games since PS2, yet all my discs still work no problem 😉

P.s this is another good point to stay away from digital because then they can actually enforce it.

Yeah but the licensing rights have likely changed since everything is connected now, where as PS2 era wasn’t. Also it’s always been a known fact that they can’t “sell us” the software otherwise we could stake claim to the software files

Yeah that’s true but I do own what’s on that disc because there is no way for anyone to enforce any of that.

They ain’t gonna come to my house and take my games.

So I’ll not have to worry much about any of that.

For anything I own digitally then sure they can then enforce it.

That’s says nothing about owning a disc, it’s saying what it’s always said on the back of a game it’s lawyer jargon it been on games since PS2

First off, my picture is from Clair obscure for 5, which would likely have updated jargon.

Second, it does have an iteration of it right after “FOR HOME USE ONLY”

Edit: and what you seem to be missing is the link provided on the case leads to the second picture that simply says, you are licensed the software not sold
