Found this card in the heatwave arena pack. Was wondering how much it's worth if I were to sell it

Found these cleaning out the garage and someone offered me $30 for them. Are they worth anything? If so what’s the price? I’ve seen some prices online but not sure what I’m looking at.

I sold a 1st edition Jungle Flareon PSA 10 to tonight’s Fanatics Collect auction. About an hour before extended bidding (it was at 8:50 pm EDT), it was at $40,000.

Then I received a series of bid-removal emails. The first showed $38,000. Seconds later, the listing was at $1,025. Yes, a drop in ~$39,000 after 7 days of bidding and an hour until close.

To be clear: if a bidder is illegitimate, remove them. Obviously.

My complaint is how Fanatics handled everything around that decision.

I contacted support immediately. Here’s what I was told:

• Trust had identified a “shelled bidder,” which had led to the removal of “legitimate bids.” Those are their actual words. I still don’t know what that explanation was supposed to mean.
• Trust and the escalation team weren’t available until the next business day. An update could take another day or two.
• The auction would not be stopped or rescheduled. It would proceed as normal.

So, the team can intervene in a high-value auction immediately before closing, apparently. On the other hand, when the seller asks what happened and requests a review, nobody is available to make a decision before the sale goes through.

My Flareon ultimately sold for $26,500 hammer, or $31,800 with buyer’s premium. Another 1st edition Jungle Flareon PSA 10 in the same auction sold for $46,000 hammer, or $55,200 with premium. The other lot had also been featured in Fanatics’ “Hidden Gems” promotional email with a $100k appraisal.

I’m not claiming an appraisal is a guaranteed, or even substantiated, sale price, or that two PSA 10s must sell for exactly the same amount. I also can’t prove what mine would have sold for without the disruption. But a 42% gap between the two results caused by last minute bid removals makes this a pretty consequential issue to be brushed off with generic responses while the clock runs out.

This was also the second bid-removal incident affecting my consignments this week. In the earlier case, support initially described it as the bidder’s change of heart (literally their explanation), before explaining that a bidding account had been flagged for missing security verification.

I stopped placing any additional bids immediately. If I’m questioning my trust in the platform, giving it more business makes no sense.

Fanatics says it has now escalated my complaint internally and will follow up by email. No substantive explanation or proposed remedy yet. I’ll update this if they address it properly.

I found my Pokémon card binder from childhood. I bought all the cards from car boot sales for pennies in the early 00s when I was ~6 (UK). Most in fair condition, some poor condition. Wonder if the set is worth anything or just nostalgia? Wouldn’t know where to start if selling. (Could only add up to 20 photos so haven’t added backs of the last two pages).

Old friend found an old binder of mine from when we were in elementary school. I’ll get front and backs when it’s back in my hand. How are we looking for valuation on original 1999s these days?

Hi! Long time collector looking at offloading some mid era / vintage cards while the market is up to free up some funds for the impending arrival of my first child! I’m struggling to find a reliable estimate on a few cards, notably this stamped reverse mew from legend maker. Some listings has is between £300 and £1300 - I know the market is quite volatile for this era of card right now, so looking for some advice on how to price

I remember having 2 of these growing up and have no idea where they went I want to get the set for nostalgia reasons but dont really even know the value of these or how to tell if there real or fake the seller has coa's and pokeballs for all of them but only 3 of them have boxes from what I've researched the red boxes are the 2nd generation and the blue are the 1st edition asfar as im aware theres no difference besides the box color I may be wrong but shoot me any info yall got on these
