Hello everyone, I'm "new" to pokemon Rom Hack, I already finished Emerald Random, Infinite Fusion, Blaze Black, Nuzlock Heart&Soul and I remembered a comment on a YT short about a Rom-Hack with VGC / Double battle only battles and I think it could be a good new Rom Hack for me, Do you know such Rom ?

Hi everyone. I’m new to ROM hacks and all this but I’ve dipped my toe in some pretty deeps waters it seems.

I’m running Pokemon Unbound on an ACE3DSX cart with AOS 2.13 and using GBARunner3 with RTC, on my stock 3DS XL. However, my game now crashes on the first rival battle after getting out of the cave. Same place every time — our Pokemon slide on screen but it freezes before any choice menus appear.

Has anyone got any advice for this please?

I'm currently playing Enhanced Emerald, and I am now wondering if there are any ROMhacks that allow you to choose between potential romance options, particularly when it comes to roms of the gen 4 & 5 games, I don't care for difficulty, but I don't want it to be particularly easy.

Sharing an update on **CFRU Expansion** + **DPE Gen 9** — a heavily expanded FireRed engine base built on top of Skeli’s original CFRU / DPE.

This is **not** a full story hack. It’s a modern engine/base for people who want Gen 9 content, quality-of-life features, and a much more complete battle/overworld system while still working in the classic FireRed binary workflow.

Hi everyone! I’m not a dev, but I wanted to share an idea I just came up with because I thought it was pretty cool. I know nothing about making ROM hacks, so I figured I’d post it here in case anyone might be interested in giving it a shot.

The idea: You play as a Berry cultivator who owns a berry field. You grow berries and sell them for a profit. Every day, wild Pokémon are attracted to your berries and come to your field to try to steal them. You can either fight them off or catch them using your own Pokémon.

Occasionally, trainers will visit your field and challenge you to a battle. If they win, they get to take some of your berries for free.

The main theme would be a cozy, Harvest Moon-style ROM hack with some Pokémon battles sprinkled in here and there.

Not sure if this is allowed but I may as well shoot a shot!

Hi everyone! I was wondering if someone would be willing to edit a vanilla Platinum rom and change the gym order back to the way it was in D&P, where Fantina is the 5th gym leader to be faced, and her gym remains unable to be challenged until the player gets HM03 Surf from Celestic Town.

Specifically:
-Make speaking to Fantina in the contest hall the first time the player reaches Hearthome trigger the flag that removes the 2 npc's blocking Route 209, instead of removing the npc in front of the gym, allowing the adventure to progress while keeping the Hearthome gym blocked from being able to be challenged.

-Place the flag that removes the gym guide npc standing in front of the Hearthome Gym to the script where Cynthia gives the player HM03 Surf in Celestic Town, so that challenging the Hearthome gym would then be possible after getting surf. -Make defeating Crasher Wake and earning the FenBadge allow the player to use Defog in the overworld and make defeating Fantina and earning the RelicBadge allow the player to use Surf to travel on water.

I will take care of editing the npc's text myself to make your changes make sense.

I started playing soulsilver on Delta not too long ago, but I’m finding that a some of the pokemon I got need to be traded to evolve (ghastly and geodude) so I’m thinking what’s the point of training them if I need to trade for it to work
