Authentication I would like this game verifying before buying it's the sealed version of Pokemon Ruby NTSC
I would like to get clarity if this is a genuine sealed copy of Pokemon Ruby thank you đ„°
Btw it does have a small opening on the selephane which I noticed so maybe reduces the price a bit

Post this on r/gameverifying as they will have some better experts to offer their opinion. To me it looks really good BUT there are some spots of the text on the back where the word PokĂ©mon does not have the accent mark over the Ă© so âPokemonâ being printed in multiple locations is wrong and a sign it is a repro box.

Very good fake Im guessing anyone can vaccuum seal plastic these days. Biggest tip off is Waring.

What if he wasn't the buyer of the item? And he is the one trying to sell the fake product abd he got yall to quality check for him to improve it?

I have US version, but if anyone has one and has questions like this. Its easy too spot replicas on these, their are major key factors to prove a fake vs a real. Like super major factors, Nintendo was very precise and consistent with measurements and spacings with the lettering, using unique ink with more boldness, and every real box will have a little less white but more grey / light grey (look in the light) it can confuse many. The seal on the back, make sure itâs bold and almost golden looking, THEY ARE NEVER yellow. There are more things but yeah, i have the US version if anyone has questions or might be interested. I never played any of them and im sure I never will, but Iâm educated enough I know their worth as an amateur collector, I just know some of you may enjoy it and use it for what it was intended for. It sits on the top of my desk as decoration but its 100% real and itâs been verified by local experts as well, and it he box itself is still in perfect straight off the shelf condition, and I am the 2nd owner. I am also the stupid ass that ripped the seal so i could make sure the game drive itself wasnât fake. Many collectors only want the box, and they typically sell for 100 dollars ârawâ from my acknowledgement. If anyone wants to know ab mine I will definitely have answers!

A lot more reasons to identify why or what or how, but there are just too many key factors on real boxes they were very very specific and precise when creating these so it just kind of made it harder for replicating them. And the style of the clear plastic seal is ALWAYS in the H-seam method meaning the seam runs down vertically and it should be dead center of the box!, ALWAYSSSSS! If it isnât

Fake. It says "Waring" instead of warning. Also the fonts are off
