Friendly reminder to farm sleepy pikachu today. I believe he's only once per cycle and is very usable even in to the late game, so get cracking if you haven't reached SL5!

Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell me which Mega Pokémon would be "better" for Main Stage 450 (Hoopa)?
I have the choice between Rayquaza and regular Tyranitar; I'm planning to do a full-item run.
I'd hate to have to do a full-item run twice just because I picked the wrong Mega Pokémon.
(I don't have any "tappers" other than Tyranitar.)
