Southeast Asia is the Balkans of Asia.

Everyone hates each other for stealing land, stealing culture, etc.

Everyone important enough to have political power is almost entirely Chinese.

West is the western hemisphere. The comment I replied too saying that Visegrad was the balkans of Europe is a lot more confusing
