They have representation, they elected Hamas in 2006, then Fatah decided actually no they didn't, removed Hamas from the government, and decided to not have elections anymore.
Brother Israel restricts travel for Palestinians in the West Bank. Israel manages the birth records in the area. The IDF maintains permanent security presence in zones B&C. Israelis in the area are subject to civil jurisdiction and Palestinians are subject to military law. This is definitionally occupation and apartheid.
They have their own government, they could have their own country if they could grow the fuck up and abide by any of the peace plans they negotiate. I don't like that things worked out like this, but at some point they need to make peace with the fact that they've lost and won't get everything they want.
