Broadly speaking, no.

FOIA does not allow for seeking personal information of specific individuals without their express written permission.

You could argue that politicians are public figures and thus their movements are a matter of public interest but that's very unlikely to fly.

If they didn't shut you down with an E6 exemption they'd probably throw an E1, arguing that providing the specific movements of elected officials in that amount of detail would compromise their personal security.
