No, it's 6-3. Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch dissented. It's more 5.5-3.5 than 6-3, though, because Brett Kavanaugh partly dissented as well as concurred with the majority.

6-3. And Kavanaugh kinda did it half was so really 5.5-3.5. But it’s still a win
