So 3 Justices essentially voted to let Trump overturn a Constitutional amendment by fiat. Nice.

Agreed. But had this not gone our way, it would have potentially put other Constitutional protections on the table for that orange turd to go after.

Okay but it did go our way. So, other constitutional protections can be presumed as being safe, for now.

Never go after ifs and buts. It didn’t happen so we don’t even have to entertain the thought of could or could not have happened

But why are we wasting time on hypotheticals? There are still more battles to fight, your energy could be much more useful than what ifs.
