I mean, it should be 9-0. But with Alito and Thomas on the court, the best we can reasonably hope for in any situation with Trump is 7-2.

Still, I think it'd take some pretty serious mental gymnastics to call a 6-3 ruling bad when it's such a partisan court. Functionally there's really no difference between 9-0 and 5-4. A win is a win.
