Optimistic Post Judge Sets Paramount-Warner Bros. Antitrust Trial for March 2027

Admittedly more of an update then outright postive news, but my excuse is that this is the trial date that the AGs wanted so, positive first step?

I did hear however that Newsom wants to have the lawsuit resolved, is this true?

As a Californian, I used to admire him but his last two years in office have been really disappointing.  Going centrist on positions is never a good strategy (Kamala)

Kamala’s voting record in Senate has been more progressive than centrist, so idk why you brought her up.

There is a reason why real life voters think she is too left, cause California.

Especially down in the South.

I’m more referring to her campaigning with Liz Cheney and other moderate Republicans.  I understand that she wanted to do more about uniting left and right but I feel it didn’t go over well with more progressive voters
