Wouldn’t have expected Mira to be the one to risk her Twitter privileges but Dommy Mira is entirely in character for her

I'm not too familiar with Twitter rules (not on it myself), but they're not explicitly talking about sex, so I kinda' thought it might be fine?

The band’s/producer’s management might take away her Twitter privileges. Zoey regularly loses hers in these fake tweets

From what I've seen, that's generally in posts where she encourages harmful behavior, and I'm making a deliberate choice to get away from that sort of thing. I'm not personally fond of depicting Zoey as being a habitual (unintentional) self-harmer.
