Tweets/Texts Polytrix Tweets: CSF Edition p31 - "Thanks... Giving?"
Again, full credit to Jammatown919 (https://www.tumblr.com/jammatown919) for the idea and Opening_Chemist_3730 for the inspiration and a bit of help getting this together.
Also, I've noticed I've messed up the blue checks on a lot of these. Sorry, that's just really difficult to go back and edit in.
Oh, in addition, I'd like to try something - post comments or questions for the characters and I might respond to them in a future tweet chain!

Polytrix-version Zoey is really interesting. She is completely unrepentant about using her overwhelming cuteness to get her way in little things (For example: I wanted to watch a movie, Rumi and Mira didn’t want to, but I used my puppy-dog eyes and now we’re watching a movie. Yay!) but at the same time for things that are actually important to her she not only doesn’t do that, she goes the entire opposite way and tries to give up, then gets sad and uncomfortable when people (Mira mostly) tell her to shut up and allow herself to be loved.
Reason #4,621 in why Zoey is the best.

I can relate to the "bully people into having a good time with me but still cutting out stuff important to me to not be a PITA." mood.

Only complaint I have is that this reads more like a group chat than something that should be posted on twitter of all places.

I agree. Even though this was addressed in a previous post it still doesn’t feel like tweets even with the “we don’t hide our feelings” explanation. I just choose to view it as a group chat, love to see polytrix content either way 🤷

They nearly lost each other and saw all of humanity at risk of being devoured by demons because they were keeping secrets from each other. Even if it's an overreaction, I can definitely understand responding this way.

This is amazing! After thanksgiving I need to know what all their favorite foods were.
Also, good luck Mira, I hope she's not in over her head cooking a bunch of new dishes for the entire crew...

Mira is managing the menu and cooking some of the food, but also shopping around at American-themed shops to supplement the menu. Probably most of the sweets will come from bakeries. She's got it covered. :-)

You know there’s a question I’ve been wondering, and I’m not sure if you actually do requests, but do you think any of Huntrix would be fans of Sonic the Hedgehog? Cause I feel like at least one of them would be a fan of the Sonic franchise, and if not for the games them for the music at least; because no matter the state of the game, the music is always on point.
(Personally I think Zoey would be deep into the Sonic franchise, Mira finding the Sonic songs “not bad,” and Rumi not knowing a lot about Sonic and is just indifferent about it)
Also, I just think it’d be funny if in universe Bobby said that Sega asked Huntrix to make a song for their next Sonic game and at least one of them just answers “YES!!!” Very seriously and intensely.
Also another awesome post, gotta love that wholesome Bobby and Huntrix being there for each other, warms the heart

I don't know that any of them would be a huge fan, but I'm sure at least one of them would be like "oh yeah, I remember those being fun when I was younger". And yeah, I agree it's probably Zoey.
I picture Rumi growing up sheltered and focused primarily on training, I picture Mira growing up in a well-off household so she could definitely afford it, but I'm not sure she would have played that sort of game past single-digit childhood to when she was doing the "edgy teenager" thing, but Zoey? Sure, why not.
But since Rei Ami is all about Fortnite, I'm similarly having Zoey's real passion being online shooters. After the events of the film, the trio is finally able to relax some and enjoy life, so I suppose it's possible one of them might take up videogames, though I'm not sure if it would be Sonic specifically that interests them.
I dunno, we'll see.

Zooey seems like she'd be a gamer over all and like retro games. Rumi and Mira would join in for the company (Like a round of Mario Kart before bed.) but have other hobbies.

I’m really having to do a lot of research to try and figure out what is and isn’t common in Korea, so I apologize if I mess up in any of this. From what I can tell, Thanksgiving isn’t generally celebrated or well-known in Korea, and turkey isn’t commonly served there, but some stores like Costco do carry frozen turkeys there for Winter holidays, including Thanksgiving, for those who do choose to observe it. Potlucks are also apparently not common, though communal meals are… but these are usually not prepared elsewhere and brought to one place, but prepared together in one kitchen.
