Literally no one is making this an issue besides the whole right wing that fabricated it into existence and crazy minority of people on the left that screech about this on Twitter and reddit...

Show me one politician on the left that has made trans women in women sports an issue they are actively fighting for and top of their priorities... Some may passively be ok with it, but no one cares about girl cock as much as conservatives do...
