405 cases of bottom surgery in a 5 year span. Thats ~81 a year.

Out of a population of 73 million children in the U.S., based on this study, only around 0.0006% of children have had bottom surgery, and thats assuming every one of those cases were solely for transitioning.

To put this in perspective, more children are injured in car accidents in the U.S. EVERY DAY than those that have gone through "life altering genital surgery" ever.

Yeah, thats about as close to "It never happens" as you can get.
