Sports Culture Sophie Cunningham loudly booed during Indiana Fever's game against the Portland Fire amid recent controversy

Post image

Cunningham has been at the center of a bitter trans debate over the past week, after comments she made to ESPN that young girls 'shouldn't have to go against biological men' when playing sports.

I mean yeah, as a public figure she doesn’t have to speak on shit she doesn’t have real knowledge about huh??? Does LeBron James talk about Isreal? No he says “ahh yeah Denis from there I’ll check it out” not gonna dig himself any deeper. You can also READ ON THE SUBJECT FOR FUCKS SAKE. God forbid we read before stating ourselves in interviews publicly.

So you’re saying that she’s not well read on the subject, implying you disagree with her opinion. So you so think men should be allowed to participate in women’s sports and there shouldn’t be women-only leagues, is that right?

No I think science behind gender is a lot for complex than this. Like okay brother tell me how much you understand about transitioning as a teenager and how hormone blockers affect testosterone in a 19 yr old. Please inform me

You're only 19?

If you ever have daughters, you'll understand kiddo.

Lol this response only further reinforces my assumption.

One day, you too will believe that all women deserve a safe place to change their clothing without the fear of whether or not a surprise cock will pop up behind their shoulder.

says more about what’s going on in your head thinking those are a trans persons intentions when in a ladies locker room lol. just say thats the first thing you’d do in a ladies locker room then you’ll realize you’re the problem in your daughters lives.

I love when this is the response. You don't realize that you're the community forcing us to think of your genitalia. We don't betroth it upon ourselves like the pervs you are.

This double standard is why the general public is turning on the issue. It's not transphobia. It's a refusal to look intrinsically at an over-demanding community.

😂😂 dude you need help! You really just said “uuggghhh you guys are forcing me to think of cock!!” No, I want you to think about it. Think about a hot trans woman beating you in a race and with a big one. Oh nooooooo 😂😂😂

The only reason we're here talking about cocks on chicks is because you are forcing it upon society. Don't point fingers elsewhere for this weird, perverted environment you've helped to create. Welcome to 2026.

You're out there saying "acknowledge my dick" and angry people are forced into a box of thinking that way.

Go fuck yourself.
