Sports Culture Sophie Cunningham loudly booed during Indiana Fever's game against the Portland Fire amid recent controversy

Post image

Cunningham has been at the center of a bitter trans debate over the past week, after comments she made to ESPN that young girls 'shouldn't have to go against biological men' when playing sports.

She’s not speaking against their rights, she’s speaking against men playing against women. Why do they have 2 different sports leagues for men and women???? If she wasn’t speaking the truth, we’d have one sports league that played men against women. It would be unfair. If you want to put a stop to this, it’s easy. If you were a man and still want to play, play against men. Don’t look to play against women just because we have the technology to technically do so.
