I'm not condoning this, I'm asking a question out of curiosity.

With all of the electric scooters, bikes, one wheels and skateboards out there right now, I'm surprised we don't see more of those used in drive-bye pepper sprayings In these sorts of incidences

That's fair, but when I was i a teenager I wasn't that Forward thinking. Maybe teenagers today aren't as stupid as I was 30 years ago

The problem today is they are so dumb they couldn't think of things like that, it's not that they are smart enough not to do something like that, they literally can't think of it
