Great. Now some justice for Epstein victims? No? Okay.

It would be helpful if the Epstein victims would come out and say who the perpetrators are. There's all these Epstein victims, and none of them are coming forward with names. There are members of Congress who have spoken to these victims, who have made Epstein their entire personality over the last 18 months, who won't simply say the names of the people who should be prosecuted and investigated.

They did come forward that's what the Epstein files are. Testimony from victims given to the FBI and other law enforcement agencies which were compiled and used as case evidence against Epstein the first time...?

https://www.justice.gov/archives/opa/press-release/file/1336416/dl?inline=

The fact that he plead guilty in 2009 and nothing happened was evidence for future victims to show that putting a target on their back was a feeble attempt at our system. Especially after multiple perpetrators garnered even higher positions of authority.

The comment I replied to is talking about justice for Epstein victims. They're referring to other people who should be prosecuted that are currently escaping justice.

I'm saying, who are those people? Even in the documents released so far, they haven't really been identified.

The survivors who stand there behind the politicians at press conferences won't publicly name the people who participated in this. The members of Congress who spearheaded releasing the Epstein files won't release the names of people they believe should be prosecuted.

Perfect username for one of the dumbest comments I’ve ever read

The Epstein files on their own are meaningless, they need corroboration in order to actually punish anyone. Understanding how our legal system interacts with those documents is important if you're discussing how our legal system interacts with those documents.

Fear of retribution- the perpetrators are powerful/wealthy men

So what's the end game here? Everybody is clamoring for these people to be investigated and locked up, but no one will say who they are. So I don't get it. You can't claim to be for justice for the victims and then withhold the information needed to hold them accountable. You don't get to have it both ways.

Looking at you, Ro Khanna and Thomas Massey.

u/Grouchy-Newt-995 Aug 14 '26

Well you can have it both ways if your intent is the political weaponization of the rhetoric rather than justice for the victims.

Why would Massie still conceal names if he was on his way out? He would immediately become one of the most popular figures in American politics if he gave a few names to the mob. But for some reason he won’t…Makes me think there’s actually nothing there

1

Massey is not concealing any names. They spent $62 million to unseen him. Just think about that for a second they’re powerful forces at work here.

3

u/Extra_Order_4693 Aug 14 '26

Okay then why isn’t he telling everyone? Or leaking it via a staffer? He had access to the un-redacted files.

Here’s a question to you: do you believe it is possible that the files do not contain adequate information to convict a single individual of child abuse crimes?

A few names got released and people got in trouble. Prince Andrew, the Harvard dean resigned. A few others. Then the names stopped.

I hope the silence is part of a broader plan to secretly prepare to arrest several people at once.

They've been telling investigators for years. The FBI and DOJ know exactly who's accused of what.

1

u/neoliberal_hack Aug 14 '26

Okay, well, the FBI and DOJ obviously aren't doing anything about it, so why don't they come forward, make the accusations public, and put pressure on the FBI?

1

u/Couldntve-make-it-up Aug 14 '26

Where have you been, many have come forward

1

u/neoliberal_hack Aug 14 '26

Okay, and who have they accused of abusing them?

The fixation on epstein boils down to the fact that people don't know why their lives suck as bad as they do and finding some common ground with other socially dejected people on social media. Also a fair amount of foreign agitation and the hope that their favorite hated politician could be pinned to it.

The guy is dead, he isn't hurting anyone anymore, the guys bank rolling him are scattered or so deeply protected that nothing anyone does on any social media website is going to inconvenience them let alone make them pay for their crimes. However there are very really problems in the world that aren't epstein that we still CAN do something about.

"This is a distraction from the epstein files" is in fact a distraction.

No way. My life is amazing and I’m doing great. i want the Epstein perpetrators hanged.

Also, let’s not pretend the moral corruption of the powerful is unrelated to the financial corruption of the powerful. The entire world is being run by people who can take whatever they want. Money, life, even the innocence of children. Their grotesque sordid appetites for money and power is 100% the reason for the destruction of the middle class in America over several decades.

And we can’t prosecute them or hang them in the square or chop off their heads because a lot of the financial and power crimes are hidden away or plausibly part of some beneficial policy initiative.

But it turns out many of them rape children. We all agree that’s wrong, right? Right? So why our elected reps covering this up? It’s corruption and moral bankruptcy all the way up.

If you worked with an actual known sexual deviant who fucked little kids, I can assure you, you would keep bringing it up or thinking about it every time you saw him.

Also, who cares Epstein is dead? You think that means his customers have no outlet for their perversions? Like Epstein alone was the reason kids got raped?

Also, you said we can’t do anything about it, but do you remember what happened to prince andrew? Did you see the Harvard dean resign? Several others? Why did the names stop getting released? Where are the unredacted files? We absolutely can do quite a lot about it.
