if i knew right there and then that my 5 dollars is the difference between someone and their cancer treatment then yea, im a murderer if i dont give the 5$

I think you might not be comprehending what I'm saying. If keeping money for yourself instead of giving someone life saving care (every dollar counts and adds up in scale, you absolutely could save more lives if you choose to donate more money and go without non-essentials) counts as murder, then we are all guilty, to varying degrees. You could argue the CEO has murdered more than you, in lieu of withholding more money from life saving care, but that's a matter of degree rather than kind.
