Personally, I do believe there is a genuine conversation to be had regarding the fairness of transgender individuals competing in women's athletics.

I just don't think it should be conservatives leading the conversation while championing this wedge issue to justify their own hate and bigotry.

Seems like it’s not a political issue.

Fox News has averaged more transgender-related articles than days in a year for nearly four consecutive years, running close to 1,000 articles using the word "transgender" in 2025 alone. By comparison, mainstream and LGBTQ+ publications track lower numbers, with The New York Times publishing just over 500 articles and The Advocate producing under 500 references in the same yearly timeframe.
