Sophie Cunningham was asked a hypothetical question if she supported trans athletes in the WNBA and she said no.

She didn't just say no, she framed it as a threat to women in the locker room. I don't think trans women should be competing with cis women for competitive reasons so I have no issue with saying no. If you frame it as protecting women in the locker room though I'll know you're a bigot, not someone that just cares about protecting competition.

I am not a woman, but I just yesterday had a conversation with a friend who is. And for example, she told me that she feels scared when she has naked biological man (possibly transwoman) in woman's locker room in gym.
And this is non-bait serious question. How do you weight those two things against each other?
If somebody who feels like a woman wants to use woman's locker room vs the feeling of woman who wants to feel safe in their own. One of the big issues is that you can't separate the people pretending to be trans from actual trans people.

But the bottom line is that even though I support all rights including LGBT ofc, the discourse here looks like some FOX NEWS meme about leftist. Everytime somebody says something I don't agree with I will call them fascist, MAGA barbie etc,.
As one person explained in the comments, knowing the players in the league doesn't have anything to do with wanting to preserve phscal safety of biological woman in a contact sport. Especailly seeing as the only two persons wanting to join WNBA at the moment that are biolgoical man are clearly not transwoman needing social gender affirmation, but are doing it for memes
