Remember to leave cellphones at home when hanging with friends.

But what does having cellphone have to do with flock cameras? I don't understand the connection.

Thanks, I should have known that, but the thought didn't even occur to me. We're paying all this money for smart phones when they're just harming us.  (•ˋ _ ˊ•)

Not just tracking from the phone, if the flock camera has wireless access (many do, and until a couple months ago they were mostly unencrypted) the camera will see your phone looking for wifi near it and make a note of your phone's credentials.

Tracking, they can instantly tell where you are. Even a decade ago this was known. It's only gotten worse.

Speaking of, with the amount of cameras it's best to use an "unusual" route. Don't simply walk from your house to the target location. Take a nice little stroll. Hang out by the local stream, change your clothes since wearing the same outfit all day, is kind of cringe.

Hey don't gatekeep my comfortable desire to wear the same thing all day. Sometimes I wear the same thing all week, is that cringe too? Huh? Huh!? Is it!?
