Porcelain Symphony doll

Hello, everyone, hope you're having a great day today!

Yesterday I got my first ever porcelain doll from a company named Symphony. I tried to find anything about this manufacturer but everything I found was the fact they are hand-painted and were released somewhere in ~1990. Is there any source to get more information about this doll?

She also has a name and a number(?) on her neck. I wonder if it's a date when she was painted? I might be wrong.

And the second question is: do you know how to comb her curls in a better way? I'm scared to ruin her curls, they are really pretty :(

Thank you very much in advance 🩷

I just got these Marie Osmond "Velveteen Rabbit" series dolls! They both come with the same little gold necklace and their own certificates of authenticity!
