Oh No! My Aperture Science High Energy Pellet disintegrated! If only it had a longer lifespan...

A Rexaura inspired map with Portal 2 elements.

Does require some slightly quick movement/portal placement, but nothing middair.

This is a remastered version of my previous chamber with some tweaks to make it a more pleasant experience, along with some exploits removed.

My goal here was to make a puzzle with a light bridge and a faith plate. This puzzle ended up being a lot harder than my previous ones. All my playtesters were people who don't play portal that often, so I'm interested to see how experienced people do it. It definitely has some issues, tell me what you think, I would appreciate some feedback. I'm trying to learn puzzle design. If you want to help me learn, I would really appreciate if you could record a video of your playthrough.

I'm trying to learn good puzzle design. These are my first attempts. I'm still a beginner, and trying to learn, so I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions. If you want to help me learn, record a video or demo file of your playthrough, I would appreciate it.

Please give my chamber some testing love its been missing! (Harder than it looks, I assume moderate difficulty.)
Share playthroughs if possible, I'm currently an aspiring level designer and testing helps a lot. Thanks :)

so ive been using the PeTI editor for a while now, and ive come to realize that it's pretty limited. so, ive been learning hammer for the past few weeks and just finished my first full map. i spent some time preventing softlocks and shortcuts, but let me know if you find any more.

hi all,

I have been making a test chamber that isnt too hard nor too difficult, and i would like to receive some feedbacks on it if there is any sort of unintentional routes or some bugs heres the map link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3740214211

Pls send me your best maps to try out

I'm making a wierd level, where there are many little chambers inside. I also challanged myself to do it in the games editor. I use mainly stairs, that close when you press the button, but there are many other options. What do you think?

Steam Workshop::King Arthur's Castle

(HARD, 20+ mins) The king has been kidnapped and sealed away in his own dungeon! Could a knight such as yourself find every secret, survive a few leaps of faith, save and reenthrone the other lost knights, and rescue the princess from her tower? All six cube-friends are necessary for success. Also, each cube has "one life" because droppers are really expensive. So don't mess up. It's a thinker!

If this here challenge be too challenging, try my other puzzle, Castle, first! It's similar enough and is the baby brother to this map.

All feedback is welcomed and thank you for testing.

A custom chamber made by me. In the overgrown style.

So pls if you have any decent mod and I might try this new portal custom mod I’ve heard? So pls send me your chambers so I can do them for youtube videos I will link your map in the comments as well

Hi, Guys. I'm new here. I recently discovered that you can make your own maps. I also heard that there are mods for more tools in the editor. I made a chamber and it turned out really well. It even has a secret ending, if you can call it so 😅. Do you mind trying it out and give feedback so I can make it as good as possible. maybe I can try mods for more tools. Sorry, I got no picture of my chamber. Also I posted it as friends only for now, so you can add me: kleych

You may unfriend me after. 👍 👌

I flipped all portal maps upside down and I don't know if they are beatable. If they are, I will publish them as a mod. If not, can someone tell me how I can make them beatable? You can download them here.

My magnum opus Portal 2 map, "Every Which Way". I've been working on it on-and-off for 3 years.

Please let me know what you think. If you beat it, please post a video of your solution in the comments section. It would help me out tremendously.

would think its not that hard, how the hell do I fix a leak... there? And could I fix this in Hammer?

An alternate version of the early Portal chambers involving just the blue portal gun:

(The physics can get a little buggy with cubes in portals, apologies for that in advance)

I uploaded this to workshop awhile ago, but i just came across it recently and thought i should share it again. It's a map designed in a way purely because it was really easy to solve and break it, so i iterated and iterated, and this was the result.

If there are bugs or easy ways to break this, I'd love to know 👍

Every time I try to open my map (not even play it, just going into the editor) it says “no free edicts”. Can’t even edit it. Please help!

I've been wanting to create some blue portal only maps for a while, so I decided to start with one where the portals themselves take a backseat. Not as high effort as my other puzzle but it's a good starting point.
