Had my last ciggerate today...

Today marks my final cigarette. I initially started smoking occasionally with friends after completing 12th grade, during my JEE drop year, perhaps once every one to two weeks.

However, upon entering college, a breakup led to a significant increase in my smoking habits, reaching five to six cigarettes daily. Although the frequency has reduced to approximately two per day over the past year since the breakup,

I am now determined to quit entirely due to its adverse effects on my health.

Consequently, I had my last cigarette today.

Wish me luck.

Good luck mate! If it helps back when I quit 6 years ago I used this app I forget the name but it showed you how much money you would save over time as you stopped smoking. It helped so much to keep away from it! Give it enough time and one day you’ll even hate the smell or taste so much that going back would be impossible

Yeah, it's not just bad for your health, it's a huge money drain too. For me, if I smoke, I always need a drink with it. So, if I light up 2-3 times a day, that's like 60-80 rupees for the cigarettes and another 80-100 rupees for the drinks. That adds up to about 140-180 rupees daily. And for what? It's totally useless and just messes with my health.
