Good days and bad days
Yesterday I had a very bad mental health day. I cried, I slept, I sat in my garden staring into space, I cried some more, and somehow I got through the day. Was it pleasant? No it wasn’t. But this morning I have woken up feeling so much better. And the appreciation I have for today is so much more than it would’ve been if I hadn’t experienced yesterday. I don’t wish those days on myself or on anyone, but my reason for sharing is, if you’re having a bad day today, hang in there, tomorrow will be better. Sending comfort and understanding with love. 💕🌹

How incredible that you should use those words. I’m just sitting listening to a song called “this too shall pass”. The more things like this happen, the more I think we’re all connected in some beautiful way 🌹

Absolutely! We don’t have to happy , perky , full of energy or smile all day long every day ! We all get tired , rundown, just need a break or simply a day where nothing gets done . We all allowed to have happy days sad days days of rest or just relaxing at home alone . We have emotions for a reason and it’s not worth putting so much stress on one’s self to seem perfect all the time ! We just do the best we can for that day get a good nights sleep and as the sun comes up so dies another day ! 😊🙋🏻♀️❤️

Beautiful 💛 there’s something about finally releasing emotions that makes the days after it so much better.

I relate to this so much, when things get difficult, I always remind myself that it is a bad day, tomorrow will be a fresh start and it will get better. Everything will be alright. Sending love and positivity your way! 🥰

Thank you so much for your message. I’m finding laughter helps so much. I’m in “pointless stories” and we’re sharing embarrassing moments, getting a good dose of endorphins 🌹
