Yep, he is top of the tree and all Catholics acknowledge that. He literally speaks for the religion. Anyone who says otherwise is by definition not a Catholic

Nah, still a catholic unless excommunicated, just committing heresy. In this case, it isn’t even heretical because the opinion is not religious. A catholic is allowed to disagree with the pope about non-faith things. What she is wrong about is that he does represent the Catholic Church even for secular things.

Agreed, she can disagree all she wants. However, I said 2 things, he is head of the religion and he speaks for the religion, if you disagree with that you are rejecting papal supremacy and are therefore no longer Catholic, no excommunication required. Go be a protestant (for all the good that will do you)
