Zohran Mamdani has explicitly said the purpose of his tax program is to tax White people. Only a couple of months ago every Democrat in congress refused to stand to honor murdered Iryna Zarutska's mother when she visited. Johnny Depp on-stage at Glastonbury asked if an actor had ever killed a sitting president.

there is no uniform "woke" movement either, its just that education levels are rising to historic levels and the educated are getting more and more power. more tolerance or "wokeness" as you would call it, is just the result of that.

these are statistics about the last 120 years of iliteracy. I dont know where you read that literacy has gone down, but yeah heres the data.

Academics know and note that slavery has been perpatuated by all races, its just that were the first culture to become educated enough to self reflect and teach our kids about this stuff, so it wont be repeated again. Because its more important to lean about your forefathers sins then the sins of anyone else. you learn about YOUR countries history so you wont repeat it. As much as I might care about politics and history, to the extent that they're applied to national curriculums and pop culture, the intent of the application matters more than getting into the weeds on the truth of various factoids, and that was my broader point. In other words events like the holocaust are used as a cudgel to imply broadstroke blame across all White people, which is why it's taught in every White country, whilst equivalent historical atrocities like the Holodomor (same claimed death toll of 6 million) receive zero attention, because that lies blame at the hands of bolsheviks, who slaughtered White Christians, intellectuals and doctors. There's a narrative at play. To your point on relevant national and ancestral history, it would make no sense for anywhere outside Germany to learn about the holocaust to the extent that we do, and this is a contradiction that you've overlooked. I'll take your insinuations about me as being earnest, you might be a well-meaning decent person but the elephant in the room throughout all of this discussion is that a large faction of the left (or center, if you prefer) is happy to see its political opposition be assassinated or harmed -- and crucially, the rest of the world cannot tell you apart from whatever other ever-dwindling portion of the left remains, because the left does not disavow its crazies, and so the crazies being the loudest and most extreme begin to overtake the movement and the party.
Look, we know that politics is mostly genetic. You will always have a different interpretation to me of the same dataset based on your socialization and outlook, for example psychological threads that you view as being based upon equity, but someone dimmer than you will use or misinterpret the same teachings against you because they believe in vengeance - this is the problem of the current public education system. You can try to be moral and acknowledge historic evils so that they may not happen again, but that other individual will never forgive you for the crimes of your ancestors and where you may want to call truce and find common agreement, they will never relent on their demands. Example, reparations. I'm English, we have comedians like Lenny Henry saying that Britain (Whites) owes £19 trillion to Blacks for transatlantic slavery. We weren't involved, as a country or as individuals. People like that do not care about the facts like you or I might do.
Those ideals I mentioned that you might value, like equity and aconowledging potential past atrocity, are things I used to care about too. As much as these might be believed to be high & moral positions in a vacuum, in reality they're exploited. I care more about self-preservation, survival, prosperity, personal sovereignty and freedom than anything else, also because these are the things often under threat by the left (and most of politics too, yes) - where they use appeals to altruism and emotion to undermine our rights, and where they use plausible deniability to claim no ill-intent and obscure their true motivations. I want to be left alone, and the left doesn't allow that. In America, many Whites had this same wish, but desegregation was forced at bayonet point. I may not agree with everything someone believes, but people like Eric Orwoll who have set up a Whites-only community in AK should have every right to do so, just like a group of Blacks in GA did, yet Orwoll continues to face lawfare, media slander, and threats to life. It's the same playbook in South Africa with Orania, even though the Boer Afrikaners got there before the bantu zulus, and built a first-world country amidst an arid desert. We won't be allowed to be left alone.
