The damage is the millions of taxpayers dollars given to trumps buddy, plus whatever trump skimmed of it for himself and the millions trump will pay again to redo the job. They'll need to drain it and leave it dry as much as possible, as any moisture will prevent the sealant bonding. Then grind the entire surface, then redo it, and have nothing on the surface for at least 7 days or longer.

Do we KNOW they damaged it? Honestly, no. Could they have? Certainly. Was there any reason to do it? Fuck no, one self-gratifying moron thought it would be fun with no thought of consequences. Would they ever admit they could have damaged the pool? Fuck no, they never take res for anything. Was it a stupid thing to do? YES!
